MetronDocs specializes in documentation and process analysis services, including but not limited to:

3. Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Currency
  All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change. Prices are confirmed upon quotation.
2. Deposit
  A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking and initiate work.
3. Milestone Payments (For Large Projects Over £2,000)
  For larger projects, payment will be broken down into milestone payments:
  - 50% upfront to secure the project.
  - 25% mid-project, based on agreed-upon milestones.
  - 25% upon completion, due before final delivery of files.
4. Final Payment
  For all projects, the remaining balance (after the deposit or milestones) is due within 7 days after final delivery of work.
5. Bulk Discounts
  Discounts are available for multi-document or multi-service orders. Custom quotes will reflect the savings.
6. Expedited Service
  A 25% surcharge will apply for urgent requests that require expedited service.
7. Revisions Policy
  One round of minor revisions is included within 5 business days of delivery. Additional revisions will be charged at £150 per round.
8. Late Payment Policy
  - Deposit & Payments: The 50% deposit and any milestone payments are due according to the schedule outlined above (7 days after each stage is completed).
  - Final Payment: The remaining balance (after the deposit and/or milestones) is due 7 days after final delivery of work for all projects, both large and small.
  - Late Fees: A 5% late fee will be applied for each week that any payment (deposit, milestone, or final payment) is overdue.
9. Accepted Payment Methods
  Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
  - Deposits: Non-refundable once work has commenced.
  - Cancellations: Full refund available if the cancellation occurs before work begins.
  - Post-Delivery: No refunds will be provided once the final work has been delivered.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

- Cancellations before work begins will be eligible for a partial refund.

- No refunds will be provided after work is completed and delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

- All content on this website, including text, graphics, and services, is the property of MetronDocs.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

- MetronDocs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our documentation services.

- Continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
